Little Rabbit, by Alyssa Songsiridej.

This one has left me with so many thoughts and feelings, which I guess is the marker for a really good book. When I bought it last year, I thought I’d had the plot all figured out: an older man, a younger woman, grooming, abuse, power dynamics, hit send. But this portrayal of power dynamics was very delicate, very tenuous, and very likely to leave you wondering about your own relationship with the two-word concept: whether it has a lighter, more acceptable underbelly that’s always overshadowed by its dark side and what—if anything—you’d do differently than the protagonist. It’s an extremely intriguing tale that’ll get you hooked halfway through. Do discover!
