Bye, Baby, by Carola Lovering.
This book was extremely BookTok-y, but I loved it more than I expected to. Sometimes I get a little annoyed when authors jump timelines, but the cadence for this one was perfect, and the unfolding of two stories at once made the main story make more sense. I was talking back to the book and answering questions only posed by my mind, and that’s when I knew I was in too deep. A wonderful thriller nonetheless, and absolutely perfect as a travel companion if you need some reading company for your next getaway.
