My Husband, by Maud Ventura.

Because I am so deeply drawn to the minds of twisted, sadistic women characters, this book classified itself as one of my favorites. I’m not normally caught off guard by an ending, but caught off guard by an ending was I as I rounded to the end of this one. Cleverly written and extremely unforgettable.
